Francie Jean’s is a small-batch French buttercream brand based in Des Moines, Iowa. Using a classic French technique. Egg yolks, hot sugar syrup, and real European butter. The buttercream is silky, rich, and far less sweet than the powdered-sugar versions that dominate the market. Our product line includes 16 oz pint jars and Cupcake Crowns, pre-formed buttercream sold in 12-count boxes (Coming Soon!). Spread it, fill it, dip it, or eat it straight from the jar. This isn’t just decoration. It’s kind of the whole point.
